the Heidelberger Ruderklub 1872 e.V. is both a rowing club and a rugby club. English-speaking athletes are welcome in both sports!

If you already know how to row, scull and/or cox you are welcome to join one of our training groups (contact leistungssport@…) or the recreational rowing section (contact breitensport@…).
If you would like to learn to row, please be aware that our introductory courses usually start in spring, and that you should be in Heidelberg for at least another year. For details please e-mail ruderkurse@… .
Please note that the club’s indoor exercise room is reserved for full members of our club. Due to space constraints, we unfortunately cannot accept members who are mainly interested in using the exercise room.
